Something Bigger Than Yourself by Valerie Cheers Brown

A man’s job is to make the world a better place to live in, so far as he is able–always remembering the results will be infinitesimal–and to attend to his own soul. – Leroy Percy

You may ask what does ‘Infinitesimal’ mean?

According to Merriam-Webster Dictionary it means: “: extremely small/small difference

Okay, I do agree and straightforward, “Doesn’t mean a damn thing and what is important is yourself, but I honestly do believe that God wants us to do something bigger than yourself by helping others and this is love and God is love and when helping others you are acting out like God would also.”

Question: “In what manner ought to a Christian perspective professionally prescribed medications?”

Many Christians grapple with their choices over tolerating substantial restorative treatments, including the utilization of physician recommended drugs. The Bible does not give us much on this subject, but rather if we look at the motivations behind physician recommended drugs we can exhibit a perfect way to deal with their utilizations in light of scriptural standards.

We know from Scripture that evil wellbeing, sickness, and passing are the consequence of wrongdoing on the planet. Quite a bit of Jesus’ natural service included combatting that revile, as He recuperated individuals all around He went (see Matthew 15:31). Jesus is the careful representation of God’s being (Hebrews 1:3), and by recuperating individuals He demonstrated to us God’s sympathy and His way of life as the Great Physician who will one day reestablish all of creation to wellbeing (Romans 8:18–22).

In this way, it is clear from Jesus’ service that to look for mending or healing is not wrong; indeed, it is correct!

Additionally, Luke, the author of both the Gospel of Luke and Acts, was a doctor (Colossians 4:14). Dr. Luke might not have administered solutions in the way that specialists do today, yet he was in the matter of treating individuals’ physical diseases, utilizing the prescriptions and medicines of his day.

In the prior days physician recommended drugs, individuals looked for alleviation from torment in different ways. Liquor is said in Proverbs 31:6–7 as being given to the critically ill and other people who endure. Likewise, in 1 Timothy 5:23, Paul encourages Timothy to drink a little wine to diminish his stomach disease. Since different medications had not yet been produced, aged beverages were regularly utilized as solutions for torment and enduring, and the utilization of such analgesics is endorsed in God’s Word.

Likewise, we ought to remember that the greater part of today’s professionally prescribed meds depend on components happening normally in creation. A specialist may endorse Amoxil, for instance, however where did that anti-microbial originate from? It originated from a substance delivered by a blue-green mold called Penicillium notatum. Where did the mold originate from? God made it. Thus, we can say that God made the penicillin form and gave it the helpful property of slaughtering irresistible microorganisms. God then permitted individuals to find this property, confine the acting operator, and sanitize it for use in the human body. Is it wrong to utilize God’s own particular creation to enhance the strength of humankind? Not in the least. Truth be told, He is celebrated in such revelations.

Every one of us ought to help us choose how we ought to consider doctor prescribed medications. There is nothing amiss with looking for a specialist’s help when we are debilitated. There is nothing amiss with taking the medications that specialist recommends in the way that they are endorsed.

Are there threats and symptoms connected with physician endorsed drugs? Yes, obviously, and specialists and drug specialists will clarify the dangers. Is it conceivable to manhandle doctor prescribed medications, abuse them, or create undesirable conditions? Yes, and the offspring of God should never permit themselves to be brought under the routine control of a substance (see 1 Corinthians 6:12 for this standard expressed in an alternate setting).

At last, a Christian’s utilization of physician recommended medications is between that Christian and the Lord.

“Faith isn’t a feeling.  It’s a choice to trust God even when the road ahead seems uncertain.”

Transformation Is in Our Nature by Valerie Cheers Brown

“Let’s work together to make good things happen.” – Eden Project…

According to the Eden Project of the United Kingdom, “Transformation is in our nature.”

I hope one day to visit the Eden Project of the UK!

You may ask, “What is this Eden Project?”

Eden Project

The Eden Project is a sprawling structure built at the edge of a profound pit. The structure contains three biomes, regions intended to speak to three particular atmospheres found the world over.

The Humid Tropics Biome, the most amazing segment, is a multi-domed nursery that reproduces the common habitat of a tropical rainforest. The warm, sticky nook houses several trees and different plants from rainforests in South America, Africa, Asia and Australia. The vault is 787 feet (240 m) long, 180 ft (55 m) high and measures 360 ft (110 m) crosswise over at its vastest point.

The Eden Project, an instructive philanthropy, interfaces us with each other and the living scene, investigating how we can work towards a superior future.

They raise  money which supports the transformational projects and learning programs.

What is a Greenhouse?

To see how the Eden Project’s super greenhouse work, you first need to comprehend the major idea of a greenhouse. The most fundamental greenhouse would be a basic box made out of strong, straightforward material, for example, glass or clear plastic. At the point when daylight radiates through the straightforward dividers of the greenhouse, it warms the material inside.

How about we consider how this functions in a greenouse with a soil secured floor?

Plumbing and Climate Control

The location which the Eden Project chose is ideal in lots of ways when it comes to sustainability.  It was composed of clay mostly which did not have the necessary nutrients to support lifetime plant life so they had to build a level up of nutrient enriched soil.  To see how they did this you can take a look at their website at:

I just fing it pretty amazing how they took something which ordinarily would have had taken many years for the soil to revitalize itself but by mixing clay wasteform with composted  (Composting) green waste and were able to build a rich soil that would have taken hundreds of years to develop by taking something already here and transformed some 85,000 tons of revitalized soil, more than enough to support the ‘biomes’ varied plant life.  (See How Composting Works to learn more about the biochemical processes involved.)

They produced this richer soil by mixing clay waste from the area with composted green waste. It seems that we can do great transformation when we concern ourselves with plumbing and climate control.

It’s About Time by Valerie Cheers Brown

“If I can say that I have spent most of time wisely, I figure I’m winning this game called life.” – Valerie Cheers Brown

Love and secure your time as it was the last fod on Earth (however, similar to nourishment, offer it with those dearest to you).

Know your qualities and needs and dependably consider your time in their light.

Make deliberate choices how you invest and utilize your energy ..

Furthermore, yes, oppress individuals and activities who waste your time.

Kindly, and if you do, don’t anticipate that I will hang out with you for long. What’s more importantly, don’t anticipate that I will invest energy with you later on.

I admit, I oppress certain individuals. I don’t hate these individuals; most are entirely decent and kind in their own way.   In spite of the fact that I do keep away from them however much as could reasonably be expected. Also, when I meet these individuals, I’m not mean to them. In any case, I do arrange my way out when I can (without seeming to be rude or obnoxious).

No, I’m not a bigot, sexist, or ageist. I’m a “timeist.”

You may ask, “What  is a timeist?”

Alright, I made the term up, yet it has true and genuine meaning to me!

A timeist is somebody who oppresses other people who squander or waste their time.

What’s more, I truly detest it when individuals squander my time!

As I am moving well into getting older, I spend my time like a few penny-pinchers accumulate their cash and creatures accumulate their food.

Time has turned out to be genuinely valuable to me and any second not went through with individuals or projects I think about, feels like time stolen from me with no way of return.

Time has turned out to be genuinely valuable to me and any second not taken seriously with individuals I think about and care a whole lot for feels like time stolen from me with no way of return.

Numerous might contend that cash is your most important asset since it empowers us to survive. I would propose generally in light of the fact that the greater part of us can quite often profit by giving our time and hard work away.

Be that as it may, time is a completely non-renewable asset; once time passes, it is gone for eternity. Regardless of the amount we wish, we can’t get additional time.

Time likewise doesn’t separate. Whether you are rich or poor, the clock is ticking and additional time can’t be purchased.

Nonetheless, I concede that luxuriousness may enhance how that time is invested or to what extent one’s energy on Earth is (think futures and restorative consideration).

I’m certain this relationship I have with time is an aftereffect of my being on the rear of my existence with less days in front of me than behind.

Like a great many people, when I was youthful, I thought I was everlasting (also immune). Along these lines, I squandered my time with individuals who didn’t have any genuine worth to me and occupied with exercises that didn’t do much for my life in the terrific plan of things.

Now is a bit different and I value the inspiration I acquire but seems to be on others time and not mine.

Honestly, this squandered time was because of the way that, when you’re youthful, you don’t as a matter of course realize what you esteem or what will convey advantage to your long haul.

In any case, right off the bat in your life, much like having a considerable measure of cash in the bank, it doesn’t appear to make a difference since you, by then, have a lot of time to spend.

However, once you achieve a particular age and think back on your life, you consider (and maybe lament) the massive open door expenses of your past connections and things you did.

However, as we so horrendously learn, not just is time nonrenewable, it is additionally not reversible. Such, as is commonly said, is life.  Now is so important so you live it and take it serious because now is all that is important.

There is a quote I so love: “You can’t change the past, but you can ruin the present by worrying about the future.”

I understand that being a timeist doesn’t make me the most prominent person in the world.

Timeism can bring about me genuine fretfulness. For instance, in case I’m in a meeting going no place (or possibly in a heading that doesn’t intrigue me), I can unexpectedly intercede and endeavor to recover the meeting on track. Alternately, on the off chance that I meet somebody who I don’t discover intriguing or deserving of my time, I can, rather abruptly, end the discussion and proceed onward

Try not to misunderstand me, I do all that I can to not seem to be some kind of big talker, but rather I concede that I may be seen as somewhat terse and, alright, grandiose. Be that as it may, I’m willing to acknowledge the blowback since, well, time is a transient and I have better things to do with my time.

I additionally perceive that, in making judgments about others’ opportunity value, I may judge imprudently and pass up a major opportunity for an ordeal that may truly change my life. For instance, that truly exhausting person I just fled from at a mixed drink gathering might need to contract me or triggers a thought that I need to expound on or acquaints me with somebody who merits investing energy with. Obviously, I could never comprehend what I had passed up a major opportunity for, so

For instance, that truly exhausting person I just fled from at a mixed drink gathering might need to contract me or triggers a thought that I need to expound on or acquaints me with somebody who merits investing energy with. Obviously, I could never comprehend what I had passed up a major opportunity for, so

Obviously, I could never comprehend what I had passed up a major opportunity for, so at any rate I wouldn’t kick myself for the lost open door. But then evety single thing happens for a reason and if anything is meant to be, it will return and be with you when the time is right.

Oh, there is that word TIME again! 😉

Be that as it may, in each life experience or what happens, we verifiably or expressly lead a danger/reward investigation of time-value and afterward act as needs be.

Maybe it’s equitable me, however I would rather cut my misfortunes too soon and take the risk of a missed open door than stay too long and smolder through significantly additional time that I will no more have.

I acknowledge or even accept that each minute can’t be lived completely and consistently can’t be enjoyed; that is simply not practical and would presumably be debilitating. We squander time holding up in line at the market. We sit in movement. Also, yes, we once in a while persist individuals and exercises that don’t intrigue us since it is the amenable or sympathetic thing to do (or your life partner will be truly frantic at you in the event that you don’t). Likewise with most things in life, time isn’t an either-or suggestion, but instead a matter of degree. In the event that I can say that I have invested the vast majority of energy shrewdly, I figure I’m winning this amusement called life.

Given that my time is not any more unique than yours, I would suggest that you too join the positions of timeist.

In spite of the fact that it’s not something to parade around about, I don’t believe there’s anything to be embarrassed about either.

So, this is what I prescribe to you in the event that you discharge your inward timeist:

Appreciate and secure your time as it was the last food on Earth (however, similar to nourishment, offer it with those dearest to you).

Know your qualities and needs and dependably consider your time in their light.

Settle on purposeful decisions how you invest and utilize your energy.

Also, yes, oppress individuals and exercises who squander or waste your time.

At last, I need to think back on my life and have few second thoughts about how I invested my energy in this planet.

Also, in this way, it has been time very well spent.

The Unincorporated by Valerie Cheers Brown

“Just to say you have in life without knowing anything about something is not worth a thing and means absolutely nothing.” – Valerie Cheers Brown

Let’s take a little quiz first before we get started and the main reason I love volunteering for the Saint Louis Public Library in Government Information was because of the vast things you can learn about everything especially when purchasing a home or just choosing where you may want to live in the United States.

The main focus here is when buying a home do research about the land which your property sits on and know a bit about incorporated vs. unincorporated.  Had been seeing so many clueless when buying homes which sit on sinkholes and why they are considered unincorporated.

Are you even considered important as for being included in being included in a census?

Have you ever done something and didn’t understand why it was being done but because it paid, you did it anyway?

Do we even observe what goes on around us and are we really aware what is happening at any time and why things happen in certain areas say for example when it rains really bad or a storm hits your city?

Let’s begin with an unincorporated town.

What is an unincorporated town?

In law, an unincorporated area is a region of land that is not governed by its own local municipal corporation, but rather is administered as part of larger administrative divisions, such as a township, parish, borough, county, city, canton, state, province or country.

What is an unincorporated territory of the United States?

Unincorporated territory is a legal term of art in United States law denoting an area controlled by the government of the U.S. “where fundamental rights apply as a matter of law, but other constitutional rights are not available.”

Dating all the way back to Native Americans 1880 – 1900 and despite their status as American’s unincorporated, Native American’s used a typically Native American means of voicing their displeasure when it came being known as an unincorporated class or culture of people.

Essayists like Zitkala Sa, Ah-nen-la-de-ni, and Chief Joseph utilized production as a part of prominent diaries like Harper’s and Century to uncover the exploitation of Native Americans by the systemized consolidation of their people groups. Local Americans utilized their written work as intends to clarify their experience as casualties on account of the operators and organizations of consolidation, and at establishments, for example, Boarding Schools where they were denied their names, their dialects and any change to keep up family ties.

Example of incorporated home vs unincorporated home:

Property taxes in incorporated vs unincorporated areas

Scenario: Where I live most people live in a city. If you live in the unincorporated county you pay significantly less property taxes, but there are far less services available. 99% of all new development is inside a city because of the water and sewer service so outside development is not a problem.

Scenario: In areas of the country where much of the populated land is unincorporated (such as Las Vegas or Los Angeles) are the property taxes a lot lower than in the cities? Do unincorporated areas in these areas have water and sewer systems or are they all on septic systems and wells? Coming from a background of “only-in-cities” development I find this very interesting and unusual.

Do your homework people before buying any property and by having an unincorporated zip code mean services are few and far in between when you need help with say for example an act of God incident even if you have good insurance.

It involves so much more when buying property and just because your house is inspected and passes means nothing if you know nothing about what that property sits on!

When you are unincorporated you are special, and you are so special that you are not counted as even being there in some cases, and in some situations when it comes to needing services like leave pickups they make it where you have to almost end up doing it for yourself, i.e. using brown bags to put leaves in rather than leaf bags like the other homeowners or renters in your area.  It will even make it where you regret and learn why it was so easy to move in so fast in that particular house in that area!

Turn Down for What? by Valerie Cheers Brown

I am working toward keeping quiet when sometimes I just want to SHOUT! – Valerie Cheers Brown 🙂

This is a story about a girl who never was afraid of life challenges and she would do things others would perhaps, may or may not even dare consider doing when it came to working hard.

When I say she would do things, I mean she would not stay on jobs long at all and she got bored easily and when she learned, she was ready to move on to another!

She would try many different kinds of job in her whole entire lifetime and what amazed and intrigued this girl even more, was the jobs others thought perhaps they were too good to do, but to her these type of jobs  were a challenge and life learning experience she would be able to add to her final destination of life one day as an entrepreneur!

You see this girl was always up for the challenge and because she loved learning new things and meeting new people from around the world she was always gamed.

This girl loved learning new things and meeting new people from around the world and so she set out at a very early age of not staying one place too long, mainly on jobs.

You see, this girl considered great learning from not staying with one job for too long and she also considered this to be her culture calling journey experiences which only were given from God and He gave her all the more courage to not worry about what others thought nor said about here. and depending on what job she knew she would get to meet people from around the world, she would not stay with one job for too long.

Depending on what job she knew she would get to meet new people from around the world and be able to observe and learn their work ethics, so she would not stay with one job for too long at all but she absorbed so much knowledge and especially cultural work ethic knowledge.

Most would consider this type a person who had problems with keeping jobs not dependable, and she had been considered by many to not being dependable by trying many different jobs and not staying with one long as some people would say is good so you will have retirement pension, etc..

This girl did not think like this at all and she thought with all of this vast experience she deserved way more than any pension could ever pay, so was a free spirit not thinking like others and was gaining all this knowledge learning about how to treat people exactly the way she wanted to be treated no matter what kind of job it was.

This girl had worked as a waitress on her very first job of her life as a teenager for a man who gave her something which she would never forget and that was how to make the customers happy by being happy first with how you were treated by your employer was most important. In order to run a successful business she learned that the employer had to be a happy employer, then would produce happy employees and most importantly would have the same repeat happy customers who you could count on for you business to survive and thrive for many years to come and even would help the next generation of employers with their beginning.

She learned that if there were happy employers they would produce the happiest employees and this was because of the owner/employer who thrived on making his employees happy and made the atmosphere so positive that you loved and looked forward to coming to work.

Happy employees were the best workers to make happy customers she learned very quickly, therefore, she served happy customers who kept on coming back because of their overall good customer experience.  She learned that the overall customer experience was what not only what brought that customer back to you, but made that customer share that experience with somebody else, and this was up to the employer to make this happen for his employee through thorough leadership and customer red carpet treatment training, and this is the job that stuck with her and helped her throughout working life journey.

She made over $50.00 in tips a week and this was in the 1960’s from that waitress job and this proved what happy customer experiences could do for you when you leave a lasting impression with that paying customer and give them a great customer experience.

Never Stop Learning Nor Moving

She had so many jobs, but in particular, which was most interesting and she was paid the most highest salary in her life again, was working as a casual for a well-known trucking company but she had fun working there too and it was not just about the money but she loved learning about everybody’s jobs and she actually knew how to do them all and this job was known as a Casual.

She really loved this job because it taught her how important being versatile genuinely was and she had to be trained to do every job in that company and when a person took a vacation, was sick, had to travel, etc. she knew how to do that particular job and she knew how to do each employee’s job well, maybe too well?

Again, she was trained to do every job in that company and when a person took vacation, was sick, etc. she picked right up where they had left off and knew how to do the job but, sometimes she did the job so good that the employee whose place she would take would get or become very intimidated and would begin to say bad things about her and caused her to lose her job because they felt threatened.  She had this to happen to her a lot on many of her jobs in her lifetime and had no intention of doing this to anybody at all nor forever until what normal people call retirement came.

She felt very valuable in a sense, and it gave her this sense of feeling of knowing how to do every single thing in the company.  Sometimes, she realized that she had to play dumb, but then she thought, “Why would she do something so dumb by playing dumb when she knew she perhaps knew how to do the jobs better than the person whose job it really was?”

She lost many jobs because of the employee she either reported to or worked with getting really intimidated and even felt threatened and had many to tell her they thought she was trying to take their job.

It would really hurt her feelings and she did not know how to explain to her family why she would lose jobs so often, but it did not matter to her because she knew how hard she worked.  She knew that one day that all of this vast amount of knowledge and experience would pay off and would help her to be a good team player one day with a team of her very own. She did not realize that she was setting herself up to really become an entrepreneur one day.

She knew that one day that all of this vast amount of knowledge and experience would pay off and would help her to be a good team player entrepreneur one day with a team of her very own. She did not realize that she was setting herself up to really become an entrepreneur one day.

She did not realize that God was setting her up to really become an entrepreneur one day.

She sort of felt like a CEO, but not like one because most CEO’s back then just drove big fine cars, nobody really knew or had seen them before, dressed in suits and did not know nor knew what our jobs were and thought they were being paid to do nothing in actuality.  I often wondered how to do absolutely nothing but get paid and tell others what to do? It sounded very boring to me and even if I owned the company I would have to play a part but also know how to delegate as well.

Little did these employers know that God had sent her and she only wanted to learn what they did or didn’t do and get the heck away from them and that job.  She could not understand how anybody could get on a job and stay there forever, and also did not understand why there were so many folk who were so very afraid of change or stepping out on faith and just doing it!.

This girl did not realize that this was part of God’s plan along her journey to do all of these things which one day she would be able to share and help others and inspire and motivate somebody else.

God was setting her up to become an entrepreneur one day having her very own team and so the journey begins with angels she was working with and she did not even know most of them.

This girl really sometimes felt like a CEO waiting to happen, but not like what she would call a normal CEO because most CEO’s back in the day as some do right now today, just drove big fine cars, you hardly ever saw or sometimes never knew who they were, dressed in suits and did nor knew how to do absolutely anything their anything their employees they were writing and telling what to do, yet got  paid big bucks to tell others what to do that they knew nothing about?

The next job we will discuss was working for a very well-known trucking company.  But the one thing about this job that she could say was that she was paid the most money she had ever made on any job in her life and she made over $500.00 a week and this was after taxes.

She was a union member also and back then shop stewards took care of their hard working paying members and made sure they were paid accordingly, especially when you were having unions dues taken out of each and every check once a month. J

It was so strange and ironic that she would never forget about paying her initiation dues when she first started and it was $500.00   She made so much money a week she told them to take one whole paycheck and got it all out of the way immediately.

She later wondered if she was not only being paid what she had allowed them to take out of her paycheck at one lump sum?

This is what made her wonder or say to herself, they are only paying me what I paid to them, only I paid it once and I got it once a week after taxes on my paycheck.

She was in heaven and thought she was rich and this was in the 1980’s and was a lot of money for a no degreed person to be making!

This was one of the main reasons this girl wanted to learn about all of these different things on so many different jobs because she knew that one day she dreamed of being an entrepreneur of her very own team of players from all walks around the world.

Her next job that she found pretty interesting that had been labeled a dirty job was being a maid and she got this through a temporary job agency and loved it while studying college later in years!  She knew that she could not make a lot of money nor have many hours and when going to college, you could not work over 30 hours a week before they messed with your Financial Aid and she was already having problems not having enough to eat so this is why she continued working odd jobs or jobs which she gained so much knowledge especially working with people of different and other cultures.

She ended up working with other cultures from around the globe and learned many things about Bosnian women and how important family was to them and they knew how to work together as a team and got the job done so well and she loved this work experience working with them and talking and listening to them.

What she loved so much about them was how they had time to just sit back and relax without anybody crawling down their necks because they did their job so well and in less time than the others employees.

She also loved learning a lot from her Hispanic coworkers and friends who she highly respected how they worked so well as a team and they made the work experience be fun and we had amazing fun laughing, singing, and dancing with towels total fun.

She learned a lot from everybody but her own people and this did not mean just blacks but Caucasians too, and many of them seemed threatened when you worked well with others and felt like you were there to take their jobs.

This was the furthest thing from this girl’s mind and she wanted to learn how everybody worked together making it fun and wanted to get out of there carrying that wisdom and knowledge with here one day when she had her very own team as her very own entrepreneur.

In closing what she learned from this job working for a five-star hotel was that no matter what you did when it comes to work ethics when you don’t speak up, you are part of something if anything went wrong and when you see everybody’s jobs being affected because of somebody else’s laziness you should always speak up!

What she witnessed as she was shadowing a trainer on her first day was she observed the person not changing the customer’s sheets in that room. The person training her’s reason being was that they were staying all week and they would not know the difference.

Immediately a red light lit up in my head and when I was asked what I got from my training,  I simply let them know what this person who was supposed to be training, and not set a very first good impression had shown and told me to do.

I did not feel bad about reporting this at all and after all, this would have affected myself too and I was standing right there in that same customer’s room, and I would have been just as guilty as the one not changing the customer’s sheets if I had not spoken up.

Anyway, to make a long story short, they changed her job duty to turn down maid and this was when you turned the customers bed down, put chocolate on their pillow and water on their nightstand and that was it and she even got tips also for doing this, but if she were not there many times she would not get them?

She even found out that she had thank you notes for her which were left and she never even got them nor ever saw them.  She just left it alone and took this as more experience to learn from and also experience on how not to treat your employees nor your customers.

The hotel management’s reason for switching this hard working girl was that she would do a good job at turn down.  She did not know what the heck turn down was until she actually did it on the job and she learned a lot from that experience.   and to make this story even shorter, by having me doing this, they did not have to pay an inspection person anymore and I let them know when sheets were not changed and I would dispatch down to have somebody come up and strip and tear the bed down and had the customers sheets changed right then and there while she watched them do this..

Now, to make this story even shorter come to find out by having this girl doing the turndown job, they did not have to pay an inspection person more money and would pay her less to do the same job.

She was sort of more an inspector than a turndown person. This girl also learned you better learn how to keep your mouth shut too!   She would let them know when sheets were not changed and she would dispatch down to have somebody come up and strip and tear the bed down and had the customers sheets changed right then and there while she watched them do this.

This is what doing turn down means in the hotel world industry!

So she said all of this to say, “Why Not Turn Down?”

Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep by Valerie Cheers Brown

“So many different things happen to you when you finally connect with your soulmate.  You eat better.  You sleep more.  You want to stay in the house lil more.” – Prince

It is so sad that so many people are dying so much younger these days isn’t it?

I quit taking all prescribed medications many years ago, and I thank God that I had faith in God’s healing and I thank God for helping to be strong willed and alive long enough to tell my story about why I say no to drugs, all drugs!

I was on so many medications I really didn’t know which one was causing the things and changes that were occurring in my life because I was on so many. I was on depression medication, anti-depressants, pain medication, nerve pain medications, nausea medication, you name it; I was taking it.

I even tried street drugs and my drug of choice was cocaine because I was in so much pain.

I realized later that I had to get closer to God while I was still able to and make a change in my life and I prayed and asked for forgiveness and rebuked my sins.  I also asked God to show me a way to heal myself with something other than medication and drugs and He did and this was the hardest part of my life but I am here and alive and very blessed.

You see the medication had a way of making you feel sick, especially when you stopped taking them abruptly, so what I did was pulled my nursing pill book out and this is when I began researching medications and what could be taken in their place and it was hard and I did not realize all of what was in each medication which really could have killed me, if I had kept on taking them.  I was taking so many medications and I mean deadly medications which I have seen many dying so young from.

I was taking prescribed medications which had not even been FDA approved and was a guinea pig I guess you could say, and finally when one of the medications I was on did get approved, I began seeing and hearing so many people saying they were taking this medication that this really made me politely begin to research which I had found doctors were using them for any kind of illness, disease, pain, etc.  They were using them for anything and just prescribing them to anybody who was stupid enough to take them. This particular pill I am speaking about is the same one that legendary Soul Train’s Don Cornelius was taking also.

Also, the one which is being said Prince last took, Percocet, is one that I flushed down the toilet and they did not help any pain for me but made me really sick!  Also, when my mom who had MS was in pain they gave to her and she took so many that they clogged her up and she lost control of bodily functions and I do mean all bodily functions! Was sick and they gave her so many of those things that I tried to get her to stop taking but eventually they clogged my mom up so badly, she could not even take them anymore!

My mom was so very sick and she wanted them so often that they stopped prescribing to her, thank God!  I tried to get her to stop taking but you know how that is when somebody is sick and in pain, they will take anything when trying to get it to stop hurting and they also made you sleepy so you did not even have to worry with pain then.  It is so sad isn’t it and when in pain, you don’t think about the consequences, but pain is pain and if you have never had you would not understand at all.

My main food which helped me to get off of the prescribed medications and the street drugs was different teas and found a health food store in University City which is no longer there and the things which they had, like the little bitty packs (about the size of sugar you put into coffee) of sherbet tasting Fish Oil which was very rich in Omega 3 fatty acids and they were very expensive and there were like 3 months’ supply in one box, flaxseed oil was my best friend to cleanse those toxins out of my system, sour cherries, and I ate a lot of boiled eggs! I found out caffeine was not good when taking a lot of medications and so this is why I used no caffeine green teas. I also took this one little pack of stuff and cannot remember the name but it was like cod liver oil.  I drank no caffeine green 24/7 both cold and hot!

I also learned to meditate and get to a happy quiet place.  This is when I began with the chamomile teas and also used no caffeine and this tea relaxed me and kept me from becoming depressed and trying to get prescribed medications out of your system can take some time and even when we think they are all out they can get into our blood and nervous system I found.

Anything that was grown from the ground was my new best friend and smoothie and the juicer also becomes your best friend and this way you can put all of your colors which are beneficial for healing your body. Beets is one thing I never really liked so throwing beet juice or a piece of beet into the blender or juicer with some pineapple, strawberries, you can never even taste it.

I was taking medication that was making me sick, and when I would tell the doctor they would give me something else to help with the making me sick, i.e. Reglan and come to find out that I was allergic to this medication which almost killed me, but I held onto the bottle until the ambulance got there thank God.

I won’t list all of the medications which I was on, but I can tell you this much I am seeing so many people dying and all of the medications which many who have or am dying were the ones that I took myself and thank God I am off of right now.  It had gotten to the place the doctors were writing so many prescriptions that I would just not tell them I would not fill them, but just started collecting them and not filling them.  Sometimes I would take to the pharmacy just to see if they had records of all of the medications I was taking to make sure that the new refill had contradictions.  They would always put directions on the script bag, but it was ironic that they never told me it was okay or not okay to take with the other medications I was on. It is amazing how fast my doctors would take out those medicine pads and just starting writing and would ask me was I allergic to anything. I only found out when and after I had taken the doggone medications that I was allergic, so I knew there had to be a method to my madness and that was to stop taking them all together.

I had to check for myself to find that I should have been dead a long time ago with all of the stuff I was putting into my system had I not woke up and began healing thyself. I found it quite amazing how fast my doctors would take out those medicine pads and just start writing before they even checked me and only went by what I had told them.  It just goes to show it is not the doctors fault actually that you take all of that medication that they write out for you, but common sense comes into our lives which is rarely used these days when it comes to believing in doctors and their prescribed medications.  We know our bodies, not the doctors and they only go by what we tell them.

My pharmacy rarely stopped me from taking a medication because of contradictions with many other medicines I was being prescribed.  I thank God that He gave me a calling for nursing school and it really helped me a lot know about medications and what they would do if two medications were taken together that had contradictions.

I never understood why doctors would ask you, “Are you allergic to anything?” Then when you tell them you are, they then ask you, “What did they do to you or how did you feel?” I found out that when we tell them this, this goes on the list of side effects which they add to their list in the book, on the bottle and on those famous tv commercials which show Americans how stupid we really are when they are blasting paid commercials running actual ads for these medications with side effect and this is one main reason I choose not to watch the television anymore.

If something is not good for you and has all of those side effects should it be a crime that they are selling them or even running commercials on them?

Just to think that these are legal drugs on television with many side effects?

Anytime one person tells you after you took a prescribed medication that they could not breath should be a red light and make them take that medication off the list of FDA approved anything and what person in their right mind still takes them!

You would think that anytime one person tells you after you took a prescribed medication, that the side effect was that they could not breath, should be a red light and make them take that medication off the list of FDA approved anything!

I have tried so many foods which grow from the ground to sometimes just not eating at all and making sure that those medications got out of my system. I sometimes think that the nerve pain that I sometimes have is from all of those prescribed medications I was taking which is bearable thanks to music!

I had never prayed so much and it was so hard breaking an addiction of taking so many medications and none of them were working, but only the first time that I would take them and after that, it seemed like they were not working at all.  I do believe this is when and if we allow ourselves to become addicted we do become addicted and rely upon manmade pills or medications to cure what hurts us and they don’t, not at all. And when I say an addiction I do mean all drugs and this is what drugs will do for and to you when you become reliant upon them.

We want the pain to go away so bad that we mentally and psychologically believe that the medication will help us when we take it, but you are only making matters worse and clogging your system and cells up and they become so toxic.

Please don’t think that only street drugs make you to become addicted, because prescribed medications are just as bad and the bad thing is they are legal and you let and/or allow those prescribed medications become your best friend and when they don’t work when we take them, we take more and more and eventually you will become addicted or dead or both! And when all else doesn’t work when it comes to prescribed medications then we go to OTC drugs and them mixed with many prescribed medications is very deadly, and when nothing else works and when that doesn’t work, we take another and another. If this is not addiction, I don’t know what isn’t?

I later found out that the only time the drugs work is the first time you take them and this was the very same thing the cocaine did for me also.   They claim you self-medicate, but if you have never been in pain you can call it what you want but you want the pain to go away.  And cocaine did this and if it were only for a few moments, it was a relief to have that second of relief!

I thank God that I was strong-willed and just decided that this was not the way of life for me and so I prayed, I got closer to God and asked Him that if He would help me get away from this way of life, I would never look back and so I did.

I don’t care what anybody says, “Drugs are drugs whether they are prescribed or street drugs.” I cannot speak for all street drugs and only tried cocaine but they all take a lot of money, the effect does not last long and you just want and rely upon more and more and they are doing nothing but wearing and tearing our inside of our bodies out and eventually will either kill you are cause something else to happen to you.

I am only speaking for myself here, but if you really believe that prescribed medications are helping you, think again and you had better try and find another way of healing and I recommend God ‘s healing foods!

I just want to say that I hope people are paying attention and observing what is going on with and to others and way too many are leaving up out of here way too young!

I am sorry what happened to Prince and I really wished that I had known him and was a real personal friend and wished I could have helped him, but since I did not get to help people who I loved like they were my family like Don Cornelius, Michael Jackson and Prince, I can at least help one of you.

Please, prescribed medications and especially pain medications, anti-depressants, high blood pressure medicine, etc. are not to be on for the rest of your life. Those pills are to help you help yourself and find ways to get yourself off of the medication by eating God’s food and heal thyself.

Eccl. 7 v 8  “Better is the end of a thing than its beginning, and the patient in spirit is better than the proud in spirit”.  It is good to begin a thing but better to finish it.

To My Daughter by Valerie Cheers Brown

Dear Daughter:

I was very blessed on June 25, 1972 when this great bundle of joy came into our world. I was very young but when I saw you, I knew that I wanted you for life.

My life has been less than perfect. But having you was the greatest day of my life. I was young and not prepared and as I stress to many young mother’s today, having a child is way more than carrying a baby around in your stomach for nine months.  It is about eating right in the beginning and also during, and when you don’t; that baby will let you know. You kicked a whole lot and seemed very excited to get out into the world and I ate healthy mostly and my favorite food was I craved watermelon and pasta while carrying you! I guess this is why your Auntie Tam calls you Noodle as a nickname right now today!

But…now that you are here this is what I have enjoyed with you being my daughter. I enjoyed when you didn’t want to go to school on your first day, but it was so ironic I got to be a student teacher for your kindergarten class at Herzog Elementary and got told off when you got home because you said I embarrassed you.  You were a strong little girl, the same as you are right now today; as a woman and mother. You see you were a very bossy little girl and you stood up to me, the same way I was when I was a little girl. I guess this is why right now you are a Director at your organization and very good leader and when it comes to managing money, way better than your mom!

I am so very proud of you my daughter and hope you will always remember these points which I tried instilling into you when you were a little girl and even before you were born:  It’s alright to commit errors or mistakes. Also, it’s alright to be flawed. Always remember and don’t give anyone a chance to let you know otherwise! While whatever is left of the world may be compelling for you to look, act, and dress or be a certain way, I need to urge you to be only yourself. Try not to let anyone make you think otherwise, and always let God assume a part in your way of life as a person. Please learn to forgive and never hold grudges nor judge others and I cannot stress this enough.

I urge you to be yourself and don’t be afraid to be different, but I do want to encourage you to at least respect all people who you come in contact. There are so many people in this world exuding a life of hate for others and reality is, we need more people to love without any boundaries in this world. Love all as you would your neighbors as it says in the commandments in the Bible. And mainly, love people you don’t even know when you come into contact , as I hope others do unto you.  I am not telling you to be like me, but walk with your head high with the great posture of love for all, no matter what gets thrown your way my daughter and there will be many times that things will be definitely thrown your way.

If you ever feel alone, always know that God loves you and I surely do;  and will always be there for you unconditionally and I am your mom for life.  If you ever get to the place where you feel unwanted or unloved, always never doubt God first and He always loves you! I realize that you will make your own decisions as mother and daughter yourself but I pray with all of my heart you will come to find peace in Jesus arms and no matter where you are in life, His arms will always be open and willing to accept and forgive you as you are. I ask that you also learn to forgive others and you may not forget, but please always forgive them!

I would like you to always remember that you are my daughter for life, no matter what happens in life and you can always come and talk with me. This is the simple and powerful truth and is something that will keep our family strong, bonded and loving in an unshakeable way always!

My daughter, I would like you to know that I am your mom and you are my daughter and am never here to judge you or even make you regret having me as your mom. No matter what happens, we will always be able to talk to one another about anything you may be going through in your life. I want you to please know that there will be times when we will disagree and this is part of being a mother and being a daughter and most important a part of life.

Always know that I love you and want the very best and have always wanted the very best for you. I pray that will view me as a loving mother paved with the best intentions for her daughter. Your mother is very proud that she had you on June 25, 1972 and this was the happiest day of my life when you came into this mean ole world.

Now, you are a mom and I am so proud of you for being such a beautiful and a very wonderful mother and also, for making me a proud grandmother which is the best feeling ever, and for this I say thank you! I love my grandson, who will be a grown man one day and maybe even a father to his children; and for this I say thank you again my daughter and always remember your mom loves you unconditionally!

A Wish Come True by Valerie Brown Cheers

“Success never comes to look for you while you wait around.  You’ve got to get up and work at it to make your dreams come true”

~ Poh Yu Khing

“I have always been a big dreamer and  also have loved to dibble and dabble,  yet I need to turn into a writer.”

“I need to take advantage of my spirit and share my internal most contemplations.”

“I need to touch your heart with my words.”

“I want to create the magic for others that I feel when I curl up with a good book of inspirational quotes or quotes for entrepreneurs.”

“What I realize is that…. like everything else, this is a path you not only have to want, but you actually have to take.”

“A dream by itself just is not enough.”

“I thought I was taking a seat to examine a business procedure for another venture.”

“What wound up happening was that the spirit lifted the shroud from my eyes and told me stay on this path for getting better at my writing……and if you don’t do it, how can you expect to get better?”

“It made me understand that I have been diverting myself sufficiently long.”

“It also made me see that “one day” is presently..right now at this moment!

“There always has to be a day one.”

“A starting.”

“A cognizant decision to really do what your heart has been instructing you to accomplish for quite a while.”

“I have such a variety of reasons for alarm however.”

“Imagine a scenario in which I’m sufficiently bad.”

“Will individuals really need to read, yet another book from a Dreamer who keeps on regardless?”

“By what method will I emerge from the others?”

“Do I need to be the best, or is it enough to fulfill my goals or objectives?

“Consider the possibility that I put my heart into this book and it ends up being appalling.”

“Thus, I did what I have realized works for me.”

“Do I write what I love to write or do I write what those love to read?”

“So…what I have done is begun submitting works to various Facebook groups including those of my very own and/or and more.”

“I have assembled blogs who offer dreams and informative information, just for fun blogs.”

“I won’t take this excursion alone… and have wanted others to participate with me on the Facebook pages I have joined but I have to participate with them.”

“I will incline toward them…. and thusly will be their support when the time comes.”

“This has dependably been the key to my prosperity.”

“Do you have a community that supports you?”

“What gives you the strength to carry on with your dreams?”

“Are you still just dreaming, or are you doing something about those dreams?”

“Please leave a comment or let’s start a discussion.”

“A twisted dream of chance and fate, is to have you back my loving mate. My arms out wide, it’s never too late. A wish come true, I just can’t wait.”

Have Right Less Crime by Valerie Brown Cheers

“If more people knew their rights and the laws of their country, city, states, etc. there would be less crime and arrests.”

“Knowing your rights and staying quiet without representation could cut down on arrests in our country.”

“It is not about having statistics, it is about using common sense….something not rarely practiced a lot.”

“Knowing your rights as enshrined in the Bill of Rights is key to the deepening of the human rights culture and promotion of new profound values provided for in the Constitution.”

“Therefore, knowledge of ones rights and obligations is very important. If you are ignorant of your rights you deny yourself the right take actions to protect and advance yourself.”

“Throughout history, rulers and dictators have taken away people’s rights.”

“Do you how easy it really is to get a police to back off of you in this country, no matter how many times we see negative things on the news, internet, etc.?”

“You have the right, if you are stopped, to refuse to answer any questions for any reason or no reason. You can invoke your right to silence by saying, “I refuse to answer any questions” or “I want to speak to a lawyer” or “I wish to remain silent.”

“If you do not clearly invoke your right to silence with such a statement, you may subject yourself to continued questioning by police.”

“When they approach, they should be the ones talking as to why they stopped you.”

“They may ask you, “Do you know why I stopped you” and most of the time, if we ran a stop sign, etc. we do know this and we can politely admit to our wrong doing.”

“You will be surprised how easy this is and with a Godly face, admit to what you did and they on a good day will say thank you and be careful next time and this is a warning.”

“We cannot look like we are mad at the world when approached and this causes them to be defensive too and after all….police are trained to protect and serve the community!”

“If you refuse to become a part of their conversation, especially if they have not told you why they stopped you and if they don’t say why, this is where we refuse to speak without legal representation.”

“This will cut down on arrests and also shows them that we know our rights too!”

“The moment you have a frown on your face, get smart or start the conversation off before being told why you were stopped, we give up our rights and all hell can break out!”

“Again….police are trained to protect and serve!” They are taught if they feel threatened to use self-defense.”

“Just think about it….how it would feel if you didn’t know whether a person had a gun or not and was uncooperative and unruly and getting smart with you….wouldn’t you feel that you needed to protect yourself or even may be a bit afraid?”

“We are blessed in this country and at least we have rights…… and the least we can do is know our rights to cut down a matter from escalating which can turn ugly, violent for no reason at all for both parties.”

“Depending on your state laws, if you are only being stopped, you can refuse to give your consent for an officer to search your person, vehicle or home.”

Further, anything you say can be used as evidence against you. Sometimes people think that what they are saying won’t incriminate them, but it can provide a link in a chain of information that could incriminate them.

“Even if you believe the officer has no grounds to stop and question you, do not argue with or resist the police. Arguing or resisting  will not help you, and may make it more likely that the police will arrest you and bring criminal charges against you.”

“It may also give them grounds to bring even more criminal charges against you, which can make it harder for you to get out of jail on bail if you are charged. Once officers no longer have grounds to detain you, they should say you are free to go before asking to search you or your car.”
“Do you know your rights?
“Do your know your State Laws?
“A police officer can search your car if he or she has probable cause to believe there is evidence of a crime in your car. An officer’s hunch is not enough.”
“Even answers to simple questions can be probable cause, so you should invoke your right to remain silent and refuse to answer questions.”
“Know your state laws and your public libary in your town has law books and your state capitol gives free copies if you request or even visit.”

“In many parts of the world today people can’t worship as they please, talk freely, gather with groups of friends, or travel.”

“If you feel that everyone is always telling you what to do and that you have no rights, you’re wrong! ”

“Children are protected by the same laws that protect adults, such as the Bill of Rights.”

“Children also have their own rights, which were developed by the United Nations. It’s important to know your rights and to stand up for yourself.”

The Bill of Rights

The Bill of Rights was added to the Constitution in the form of amendments. The chief purpose of the amendments was to protect the rights of individuals from the government’s interference. They guarantee rights such as religious freedom, freedom of the press, and trial by jury to all American citizens.

  • First Amendment: Freedom of religion, freedom of speech and the press, the right to assemble, the right to petition government.
  • Second Amendment: The right to form a militia and to keep and bear arms.
  • Third Amendment: The right not to have soldiers in one’s home.
  • Fourth Amendment: Protection against unreasonable search and seizure.
  • Fifth Amendment: No one can be tried for a serious crime unless indicted (accused) by a grand jury. No one can be forced to testify against herself or himself. No one can be punished without due process of law. People must be paid for property taken for public use.
  • Sixth Amendment: People have a right to a speedy trial, to legal counsel, and to confront their accusers.
  • Seventh Amendment: People have the right to a jury trial in civil suits exceeding $20.
  • Eighth Amendment: Protection against excessive bail (money to release a person from jail), stiff fines, and cruel and unusual punishment.
  • Ninth Amendment: Because there are so many basic human rights, not all of them could be listed in the Constitution. This amendment means that the rights that are enumerated cannot infringe upon rights that are not listed in the Constitution.
  • Tenth Amendment: Powers not given to the federal government by the Constitution belong to the states or the people.

Other Important Amendments

  • Thirteenth Amendment (1865): Slavery shall not be allowed in the U.S.
  • Nineteenth Amendment (1920): Women have the right to vote.
  • Twenty-sixth Amendment (1971): U.S. citizens who are 18 years of age or older have the right to vote. (Previously, they had to be 21 years old.)

Healing From the Inside Out by Valerie Brown Cheers

It has troubled me since a very early age, how many things are really legal but in man’s eyes of our society..considered to be illegal, i.e. Marijuana still in many places, same-sex marriage in many beliefs, etc.

“Who are we to judge anything which any person believes in with the exception of breaking the law?”

“Even at times breaking the law is legal when determined to help our society especially when it comes to a person’s health and well-being.”

“God is a forgiving God… repeatedly preached day in and day out, yet many Christians judge and believe that what they read to be the truth and nothing but what it is? ”

“Whatever happened to common sense and allowing freedom of expression when it comes to LOVE.”

“God is LOVE.”

“My grandmother use to say when I was very young, “We have not learned our lesson if we repeat what hurt us before.”

“When I say this I mean, i.e. “When a woman has been hurt so many times by men and she choses to trust her own kind,  another woman or the same. Who do we blame when we are born with feelings of the same-sex and who are we to determine that it is wrong when we have not walked in those shoes?”

“We have to love those for who they are and even though we may not like their way or choices, who are we to judge them?”

“Marijuana is a healer and anything which God grows heals, yet many still don’t believe this?”

“When there is one healing, isn’t that proof that it works?”

“Look at the little girl who had one hundred seizures a day who went from one hundred a day to one a day and eventually none.”

“Is this not proof that what society says is illegal to be considered a blessing and should it not be tried to heal others?”

“I am so very amazed at how before her time Rachel Carson’s book”Silent Spring” really was?”

“This book is a true keeper and cannot get back to the library without being rechecked out over and over again….and then it was kept safely in the stacks area……this is what I call the vault for safe keepers!”

“Rachel Carson states in her book, “The Warburg theory also explains why repeated small doses of a carcinogen are more dangerous under some circumstance than a single large dose.  The latter may kill the cells outright, whereas the small doses allow some to survive, though in a damaged condition.  These survivors may then develop into cancer cells. This is why there is “no safe” dose of carcinogen.”

“Can somebody please explain why our society believes that any carcinogens are safe?”

“Just as explained by the Warburg Theory, “Just a small dose can be more dangerous under certain circumstances than a single large dose!”

“When I worked for a very well-known company here in Saint Louis county, a very good friend and working colleague, Tellene Harris, and we use to run and walk the westside campus most days, acquired cancer and right before our very eyes we watched a perfectly healthy man deteriorate…. and we were exposed to carcinogens each and everyday we reported to this lab…..There on the door was posted “Carcinogens? He was a dedicated bike rider and even rode his bike to work some days before he got too sick.”

“We had to put these space like white suits on before entering and one day his got a tear and I never really thought about it until I read this book.”

Silent Springs goes on to state, “In Warburg’s theory we also find explanation of an otherwise incomprehensible fact….that one and the same agent can be useful in treating cancer and can also cause it.”

“It is also true of many of the chemicals now used against cancer. Why? Both types of agents damage respiration.”

“Cancer cells already have a defective respiration, so with additional damage they die.”

“The normal cells, suffering respiratory damage for the first time, are not killed but are set on the path that eventually lead to malignancy.”

“Warburg’s ideas received confirmation in the year I was born, 1953, when other workers were able to turn normal cells into cancer cells merely by depriving them of oxygen intermittently over long periods.

“Why was this theory not taken seriously….. and still in 2015 apparently still isn’t?”

“Why do YOU the people believe that MAN heals or wants to heal?”

Myth: Doctors are bound by the Hippocratic Oath.

Original Hippocratic Oath

Although scholars disagree about when it was written, or even who wrote it, the general consensus is that the Hippocratic Oath was penned about 2500 years ago. Most commonly attributed to Hippocrates, the father of modern medicine, the ancient vow demands a lot from doctors, including a certain level of chastity, charity and swearing to pagan gods. It provides in pertinent part:

I swear by Apollo the physician, and Asclepius, and Hygieia and Panacea and all the gods and goddesses as my witnesses that, according to my ability and judgment, I will keep this Oath and this covenant . . . to teach them this art . . . without fee or covenant.

I will use those dietary regimens which will benefit my patients . . . and I will do no harm or injustice to them.

I will neither give a deadly drug to anybody who asked for it, nor will I make a suggestion to this effect. Similarly I will not give a woman an abortive remedy.

I will not use the knife. . .

Whatever houses I may visit, I will . . . remain[] free of sexual relations with both female and male persons . . .

What I may see or hear in the course of treatment . . . I will keep to myself.

If I fulfill this oath and do not violate it, may it be granted to me to enjoy life and art, begin honored . . . . if I transgress is and swear falsely, may the opposite of all this be my lot.

 HIPPOCRATES….Father of Medicine

Hippocrates collected data and conducted experiments to show that disease was a natural process; that the signs and symptoms of a disease were caused by the natural reactions of the body to the disease process; and that the chief role of the physician was to aid the natural resistance of the body to overcome the metabolic imbalance and restore health and harmony to the organism.

“Where would be today if we did as the Greek practiced medicines?”

“What is Ancient Greek Medicine?”

As the Egyptian civilization faded, the Greek one emerged around 700 BC. The Greek civilization prevailed until “the end of antiquity” around 600 AD. The Greeks were great philosophers and their physicians lent more towards rational thinking when dealing with medicine, compared to the Egyptians. Ancient Greek medicine is probably the basis of modern scientific medicine.

The Cure For Every Disease

Modern medicine has been made into a God by a population of people who look to doctors and pharmaceutical companies (the richest industry in the world) to save them. The rate of deaths from error at the hands of the medical establishment is equal to destroying six jumbo jets full of people every day!

In 2000, the Journal of the American Medical  Association reported that throughout the decade of the 1990’s, a total of 225,000 Americans died each year as a result of medical treatments. consider this is without even taking into account the fact that these figures are lower than actuality, since many errors go unreported or untracked.

And these numbers represent deaths only.  An estimated 1.3 million Americans are injured each year due to medical prescription errors.

Death by Medicine

According to “Death by Medicine” by Gary Null, PhD, Carolyn Dean MD, ND; Martin Feldman, MD; Debora Rasio, MD, and Dorothy Smith, PhD. ~ Something is wrong when regulatory agencies pretend that vitamins are dangerous, yet ignore published statistics showing that government-sanctioned medicine is the real hazard.

Natural medicine is under siege, as pharmaceutical company lobbyist urge lawmakers to deprive Americans of the benefits of dietary supplements.  Drug-company front groups have launched slanderous media campaigns to discredit the value of HEALTHY LIFESTYLES. The FDA continues to interfere with those who offer NATURAL PRODUCTS that compete with prescription DRUGS!
